1. Commitment to Data Integrity

At BrownBiology Laboratory, we understand that scientific data is the most valuable asset of our clients. We are committed to processing all personal and technical data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

2. Technical Data Encryption

All information transmitted through our "Submit Sample" portal or "Inquire Now" forms is protected using industry-standard AES-256 encryption. Our internal Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) are segregated and audited for 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.

3. Data Usage for Scientific Studies

Data collected is used exclusively for:

  • Facilitating analytical and bioanalytical services.
  • Ensuring traceability within GLP/GMP regulated environments.
  • Providing regulatory updates and scientific white papers (upon subscription).
  • Internal quality control and method validation.

4. Access and Control

You have the right to access, rectify, or delete your information at any time. Given the nature of scientific records, some data may be retained for specific periods to comply with international health authority (FDA, EMA) archival requirements.
